1976 Lamborghini Espada Series 3 ***Coming Soon***

Details

Coming soon to Oldtimer Australia is this beautifully restored 1976 Lamborghini Espada Series 3.

According to the factory records, this Australian delivered factory right hand drive example was completed on the 6th August 1976. The car’s original colour scheme was ‘luci del bosco’ with senape interior, which is how the car is presented today. It was sold new through Brents Motors in Melbourne and the first owner is noted as B Roper. The car is one of only 55 examples built with a Chrysler Torqueflight automatic gearbox.

The car found its way to NSW sometime in the 1980’s. In March 1991 it was sold to an enthusiast in Canberra who used and enjoyed his Espada for the next 23 years.

The car was sold in November 2014 and it then went through an extensive restoration.

The current owner acquired the car in October 2021 at which time the odometer read 59,001 km.

Over the last three and a half years the current owner has used and enjoyed the car, travelling over 6,000km in that time. Today the odometer reads 65,158 km which is understood to be genuine.
