Ferrari 550 Maranello

Details

The Ferrari 550 Maranello was first introduced in 1996. At the time this was Ferrari’s flagship model, powered by a thumping 5.4 litre V12 delivering near on 500 bhp and running a six speed manual transmission.

These cars today are recognised as a ‘modern Daytona’ sharing many similarities to the car regard as one of the greatest GT cars ever built. In addition to being a stunning looking and performing car the 550 Maranello was very practical. The interior was luxurious and spacious and there was even room for a set of golf clubs in the boot!

The 550 Maraenllo was a great success and circa 3,600 cars were built during its production run until 2002 at which time it was succeeded by the 575M.

We are delighted to offer a 2001 Ferrari 550 Maranello. This particular car is a lovely example of this modern classic Ferrari. It has a number of Barchetta options, including wheels and brake callipers. The car has a full service history and has only travelled 33,500km from new.
